Q: What Types of Apartments Do You Have For Rent? 

A: At Fairbridge Commons, we have one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments for rent at affordable prices. We have five buildings for your convenience with six floors each, making a total of 300 apartments. 

Q: What Are the Benefits of Your One-Bedroom Apartments?

A: Our one-bedroom apartments have several convenient features that include a closet in the bedroom, ample natural lighting, and renovated sinks with cabinets in some of the bathrooms. The bathrooms all have tile, a bathtub, a shower, and windows for proper lighting. Depending on the floor plan you choose, you will have a kitchen, as well as a dining room area or living room. 

Q: What Are the Benefits of Your Two-Bedroom Apartments?

A: Our two-bedroom apartments feature one larger-sized bedroom and one that is a bit smaller. Each bedroom has a closet and ample lighting with windows. All of the rooms have hardwood flooring, aside from the kitchen and bathroom, which have linoleum flooring.  The kitchens in the two-bedroom apartments feature a stove and refrigerator and wood cabinetry made of natural, oak, or white-washed wood.

Q: Is There a Way to Do Laundry? 

A: Yes. For your convenience, we provide a laundry facility in the basement of each building. The washer and dryer can be accessed with our accommodating card system.

Q: Are There Any Additional Features? 

A: Yes. Parking is available in both our surface lot and parking garage. There is an additional monthly fee of $31.91 for either location. Trash pickup and snow removal services are also provided. 24-hour security is provided and there will be someone on call to answer questions any time of the day. We also have an office where you can come to handle a variety of needs during the day.

A: Please feel free to email us or give us a call to schedule a tour. Our team is rather flexible and can accommodate tours at most times of the day to best fit your schedule.

A: You can apply for an apartment by giving us a call, stopping to see us in person, or filling out our application here on our site. 

Q: What Is There to Do Around the Commons? 

A: Our Bridgeport, CT location offers access to shopping, dining, and entertaining nearby. It is only a 15-minute walk to the downtown train station, which can get you to and from Fairfield, CT, Seaside Park, the Arena at Harbor Yard, and the University of Bridgeport. There are also several places of worship nearby as well.

A: You can pay your rent on our online portal which is accessible and hassle-free. 

Q: Are the Apartments Furnished? 

A: Our one and two-bedroom apartments for rent come equipped with appliances such as a stove and refrigerator. Our bathrooms come with sinks, showers, and toilets. Some bathrooms have been recently renovated.

Q: How Many Bathrooms Does Each Apartment Have?

A: All of our one or two-bedroom apartments have one bathroom inside the unit. They are accessible and a great size for a couple or an individual.
